  1. Definition of Telehealth Telehealth involves the use of electronic communications to deliver healthcare services, including consultations, follow-ups, and medication management.

  2. Eligibility Telehealth services are available to patients residing in states where our licensed providers are authorized to practice.

  3. Technology Requirements Patients must have access to a stable internet connection and a device capable of video conferencing. We are not responsible for technical difficulties during telehealth visits.

  4. Privacy and Security Telehealth sessions are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms. Your personal health information will remain confidential and protected.

  5. Patient Responsibilities Patients must provide accurate and complete medical history and information during telehealth consultations. Failing to disclose relevant information may impact the quality of care provided.

  6. Risks and Limitations Telehealth services may have limitations compared to in-person visits, such as the inability to perform physical exams. Patients accept these limitations by using telehealth services.

  7. Informed Consent By participating in telehealth services, patients consent to electronic communication and acknowledge the potential risks, benefits, and alternatives to telehealth.

  8. Emergency Situations Telehealth is not suitable for emergency situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.

  9. Follow-Up Care Patients may be required to schedule follow-up appointments or obtain additional care as directed by their provider.
