Because medications are delivered in 60-day supplies, we require a 30-day notice before cancelling your program. Programs cancelled without a 30-day notice or after medication has been shipped will incur the final payment.

Which typically means you will incur one more billing cycle. So minimally you are committing to 2-months only. The program will auto renew as long as you are actively enrolled in the program(s).

Medications are sent in 60-day cycles. As long as you are actively enrolled in the program you prescriptions will auto-refill 50 days after receipt of previous prescriptions to ensure you receive delivery in a timely fashion and do not run out of medication(s).

Yes. All prescriptions that require refrigeration are packaged in temperature-controlled packaging for shipment.

Overall, most clients receive their medication within 7 business days after the provider speaks with the pharmacy.

Actual weight loss is dependent on several factors. Everyone is different, though; the most successful patients also work hard to make diet and lifestyle changes.

We aim for healthy weight loss, often defined as 1-2lbs per week. Extreme weight loss is not a medically desired effect.
