New research is putting numbers to what you already feel.


A meta-analysis presented at the 2024 Annual Meeting of The Menopause Society reviewed 17 randomized controlled trials covering more than 29,000 participants.

It found that hormone therapy significantly reduced insulin resistance in healthy postmenopausal women.

Both oral and transdermal forms worked.


Here is why that matters.

As estrogen drops, your body becomes less responsive to insulin.

That means more fat storage. More inflammation. More of the weight gain that no amount of clean eating seems to touch.


This is not inevitable.

It is addressable.
